OVERVIEW

Emily represents clients in State and Federal jurisdictions in a range of employment and work/occupational health and safety matters.

Emily has experience acting for clients in trial and sentencing proceedings in work/occupational health and safety matters, and in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Fair Work Commission, Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia and the Federal Court of Australia in employment-related proceedings.

Prior to commencing at the Bar, Emily was a Senior Associate in the International Employment Law team at Seyfarth Shaw, practicing in employment, industrial and work health and safety law, and was responsible for coordinating Seyfarth Shaw’s pro bono program with Macarthur Legal Centre.

Emily is also a Commonwealth-registered marriage celebrant.
